The 2nd edition of the European Agora for Journalism will take place in Brussels on 20-22 November. It has the ambition to become a major biannual meeting where media professionals & journalists will be able to discuss the challenges of their professions with the public, researchers, political and economic experts, and civil society representatives. It is free. This 2nd edition will focus on the use of AI in European newsrooms and the impact of its development on journalism education.
There is an opportunity for EJTA members to host a 90-minute session on best practices on teaching AI in journalism schools in Europe nowadays on Friday 22 November, 11 am- 12:30 pm . The public will be journalists, journalism students, media researchers & journalism teachers.
This session will be mainly coordinated with the organizers (the French NGO Journalisme & Citoyenneté – J&C- and the Journalism School of the Ihecs).
