{"id":626,"date":"2024-03-27T10:17:00","date_gmt":"2024-03-27T10:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ejta.eu\/?p=626"},"modified":"2024-03-27T10:17:00","modified_gmt":"2024-03-27T10:17:00","slug":"council-of-europe-and-ejta-consolidate-their-partnership","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ejta.eu\/index.php\/2024\/03\/27\/council-of-europe-and-ejta-consolidate-their-partnership\/","title":{"rendered":"Council of Europe and EJTA consolidate their partnership"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>The Council of Europe and EJTA consolidate their partnership and organise an international educational event for students and staff of EJTA schools in Porto.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the partnership both parties want to strengthen future journalists\u2019 knowledge and understanding of the mandate and important realisations of the Council of Europe, in order to prepare EJTA journalism students to report on the Organisation. The cooperation also brings an extra angle to EJTA pedagogical projects and enhances journalism students\u2019 understanding of important transversal democracy themes such as equality, diversity, human rights, freedom of expression and sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 2024 edition of the international educational event will take place in Porto on Friday 10 May 2024 at the campus of the University of Porto.
