The yearly fee covers the Association’s daily management and administration, the members’ participation to the EJTA Teachers’ Training and Annual General Meeting and other projects.

Across Europe, many journalism schools—especially smaller or emerging institutions—depend on the resources, expertise, and cross border collaboration that EJTA provides. That’s why we are inviting a number of EJTA schools to consider offering additional annual financial support on top of the current membership fee. Extra support (a mimimum of €1000) would help ensure that all members, regardless of size or budget, can continue to benefit fully from our network at a moment when trusted journalism and media literacy are more essential than ever. This is entirely optional, but it would make a meaningful difference. If you feel your journalism school might consider this, please contact us at director@ejta.eu and we can provide more information or contact them.

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_btn title=”Join the EJTA Community” color=”sandy-brown” align=”center” link=”url:https%3A%2F%2Fejta.eu%2Findex.php%2Fmembership%2Fmembership-application%2F|title:Membership%20Application|target:_blank”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”59px”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]

What’s in it for my school?

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Members are invited to join the EJTA AGM and annual conference, the Teachers’ Trainings, the premeetings and task forces, the online EJTAlks, the lifelong learning meetings and best practice sessions.

Members have full access to the EJTA LinkedIn closed page.

Members can promote their programmes on and have full access to EJTA mobility catalogue.

Members receive the EJTA newsletter with information about the Association and its members schools and new developments in journalism education.

Members can benefit from information, expertise and possible involvement in EU-funded projects.

Members can actively participate in EUfactcheck, EJTA’s fact-checking project, use its educational material and have students publish on www.eufactcheck.eu

Members can develop contacts to promote the exchange of teachers and students and have access to a pool of expertise in arranging exchanges and other projects, including research.

Members can, with a view to collaboration on research or when looking for speakers, find experts in specific fields on the EJTA LinkedIn page.

Members are represented by the executive board of the Association.
